Pankaj Rai is the Managing Director of Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd. and has a proven track record of establishing new setups in India. He is an expert in Strategy, New Setup, Key Account Management, Operation, Budgeting and Forecasting.

He has been a Trainer on Leadership Development, Business Excellence Tools & Auditor for Automotive Scheme for various schemes. He has worked previously with DNV, AQSR, BSI, and Moody. Apart from Quality Austria, he founded AQSR in India in 2002. He was managing director with British Standard Institution for South East Asia, based in Singapore/Malaysia.
